What are your shipping prices?
Shipping within Europe is €10
Shipping to everywhere else in the world is around €14
Everything is shipped with track and trace!

Where do you ship from?
I'm located in the Netherlands! I use a shipping company called intime delivery, i send my orders to them and then they send it out to wherever they need to go!
This however leads to me not receiving the track and trace until the say they have shiped it out so you might receive the track and trace a bit later!

What are your dice made of?
My dice are made from epoxy resin as well as the material used for the set (alcohol inks, mica powders, glitters etc)

How often do you restock shop?
I try to restock every month! Most updates are on the last Friday of the month at 8pm Amsterdam time for public and 7pm Amsterdam time for Twitch subscribers and Ko-fi members.

How does your early access work?
I have early access for my Twitch subs and ko-fi members. They get 1h early access to my shop. This way if you are a Twitch sub or Ko-fi member you will have a bigger chance of getting the product you really want since you can get it 1h early. What is your return and exchange policy?
Since i'm only a small 1 person business i can't take your dice back/ replace them unless there is a very good reason for it. I sadly can't be accounted for any product(s) that get lots in shipping but i can work with you to try and figure out what happend. I want to give the best experience to everyone so always feel free to send me a message to see if we can figure something out!

Why does everything show up as sold out?
So the way i can let you guys preview my dice is putting them up as sold out! So all the dice you see that appear as sold out leading up to a shop update will be availabe for purchase on that update. However if the dice show as sold out a couple of hours after my update that does mean that they have actually been sold.

 How do your master services work?
After you place your order i will contact you per email about the details. My masters work with first come first serve basis. So it might be that you have to wait a little bit before i can get to your masters (depends on how many orders i have at that moment). When do you ship out orders?
I try to ship out orders weekly on wednesday! I will always provide a track and trace code through e-mail so be sure to keep your eye on that. If you ever feel like shipping is taking too long feel free to send me a message and i'll help as best as i can.
